• We are currently hiring a QA Engineer who will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of data pipelines, ETL workflows, transformations, and end-to-end systems. You will work closely with developers to validate data structures, transformations, integrations, and overall platform functionality.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive and executable test cases.
• Validate data sources, extraction logic, transformation rules, and the accuracy of data loading processes.
• Leverage advanced AI-driven QA tools (e.g., JAM, Testsigma, AI-based accelerators) to enhance automation efficiency, test coverage, and productivity.
• Experienced in API testing tools including Postman, Swagger, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, and similar technologies.
• Design, document, and execute end-to-end test plans, including test harnesses and automated test suites.
• Perform functional, non-functional, regression, integration, performance, load, and stress testing across distributed systems.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices throughout SDLC and STLC using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Track, manage, and communicate defects effectively using JIRA or Linear with detailed root-cause insights.
• Use AI to generate, optimize, and maintain automated test scripts and test-data frameworks efficiently.

 

 

Nice to Have

• Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries to support advanced data validation, reconciliation, and diagnostics.
• Experience testing ETL workflows across Snowflake, GBQ, Postgres, Redshift, and other modern data warehouse technologies.

 

• Extensive experience in Data Warehousing and BI validation with deep understanding of ETL architecture and data quality frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills across Snowflake, GBQ, Postgres, Redshift, etc.
• Proficient in validating ETL pipelines, complex transformation logic, job orchestration flows, and end-to-end data lineage.
• Strong command over QA methodologies, test design strategies, automation principles, and quality governance models.
• Experience creating detailed functional, non-functional, and performance-oriented test documentation.
• Strong analytical and technical communication skills with the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to deliver outcomes independently — unblocking yourself efficiently, communicating proactively, and engaging with the team with minimal supervision.
