We are currently hiring a Technical Architect with strong experience in designing large-scale systems, expertise across multiple cloud platforms, and hands-on ability to build and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business, technical, and architectural requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing system designs.
- Architect and build end-to-end solutions using Java, modern cloud-native practices, and distributed system patterns.
- Provide hands-on leadership in designing and implementing solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure (expertise in at least two is preferred).
- Architect, design, and optimize systems running on Kubernetes including workload design, autoscaling, networking, observability, and security.
- Ensure strong architectural foundations—covering networking, security, IAM, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Leverage DevOps principles, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native automation to deliver robust deployments.
- Lead technical decision-making, provide architectural guidance, and mentor engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and infrastructure to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions with both internal teams and clients.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset—able to take ownership, unblock yourself, and deliver without excessive hand-holding.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with 2+ years in an architectural or technical lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Java with the ability to design, review, and implement high-quality, maintainable code.
- Expertise in at least two major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure); hands-on experience with core services such as compute, networking, IAM, storage, and managed services.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes—cluster design, deployments, networking, scaling, troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VPC, subnets, firewalls, routing, load balancers, DNS).
- Experience with Terraform and other IaC tooling to automate cloud infrastructure.
- Good-to-have: familiarity with DevOps workflows, container security, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Self-driven mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
